Why Property Managers Choose Advanced Air

Jun 28, 2019
Are you a real estate agent in the Darwin or Palmerston area? Maybe you are looking for a new air conditioning contractor? Well there is a number of reasons why more and more real estate agents are choosing Advanced Air.

When we spoke to local real estate agents we found they had a few pet peeves. From hearing back from tenants that they have not been contacted, waiting weeks on end for a quote and constantly getting pestered for updates. Advanced Air eliminates all of this. As soon as you send us your work-order, sit back and relax with the peace of mind that your tenants are being looked after.
Simple and Stress-Free Booking

As soon as we receive your work-order we will contact your tenants to arrange a suitable time to get the requested works completed. We can even provide your tenants with a link for them to choose their own time online in real-time. This means your tenants do not have to rush to make a phone call back during office hours or deal with email back and forth with office staff. Your tenant can choose our next available time that suits them and within minutes will receive an email confirmation of that appointment.
Kept Up-To-Date

We eliminate the need for your tenants to constantly bother you for updates on works occurring. From the moment we receive your work-order we will do our very best to keep yourself and your tenants updated. From reminders the day before, reminders and tracking text when our technician is on the way, and letting you know if parts are needed and when they are due to arrive. As soon as we know what needs to happen, we will update all parties. We understand the frustration of having to constantly chase something! And we do not want our customers to go through this.

Once you have had the air conditioners cleaned or installed at a property you can also relax in knowing that we will send out a 12-month reminder when these units are due for their annual clean. So, from that one work-order you send through you can have years and years of happy tenants
Free Onsite Installation Quotes

Not only will we try our best to get someone there as soon as possible but we also offer free onsite installation quotes. If you have an owner talking about replacing or installing an air conditioning unit, we can provide a no obligation free quote. We aim to send out all quotes within 24 hours of inspection so there is no need to follow up as you know it will be coming through.
Why Advanced Air for your Tenants?

Our services benefit tenants, real estate agents and owners alike. All you need to do is send through a work order with all the necessary details and sit back stress free with the comfort of knowing your tenants and owners are being looked after and that you will be updated as soon as there is any new information. Can you think of a better match? With more and more real estate agents choosing Advanced Air we have a better understanding of how to make your life easier and we are always looking for further suggestions. Still on the fence? Mouldy Air Conditioning Vent in Darwin
By Jason Gebert 15 Apr, 2020
The first sign many people notice is a musty, mouldy odour. If you do a thorough clean of your office or commercial space and the smell is still there, it’s time to check your vents. Getting your Air Conditioning Contractor to remove the covers and take a quick look inside may confirm the issue, especially if you see mould or notice a stronger smell in that area. If the scent is stronger, but you can’t see the mould, then the growth is possibly further in the ducts. Another sign of a mould issue is the sudden onset of allergy symptoms. If you or a co-worker notices burning eyes, scratchy throat, or a runny nose that gets better when you leave the office, there could be an issue. Arranging for your HVAC technician to check your filters should be the first step. If it needs to be changed they can install a new one. If the symptoms continue they can do a quick check of your vents and a visual check of your ducts. Inspecting your duct work can also provide clues to a possible mould problem. An Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) can check for signs of moisture build-up, such as condensation, dark spots, or actual leaks. Mould needs water to grow, so any signs of condensation or leaking could indicate a growth hot spot. Duct cleaning and coating is a specialised job and as such the majority of HVAC companies sub-contract duct cleaning and coating out to companies like ours. At Advanced Air we have our Air Systems Cleaning Specialist on staff ready to undertake any duct inspection, cleaning or coating project you may have.
